Add a New Tax Type

This guide walks you through the steps to add a tax type in the Spothire dashboard. Follow these steps to ensure that all necessary information is correctly entered.

Steps to Add a New Tax Type

  1. Navigate to the Taxes Dashboard

    • Log in to the Spothire dashboard.
    • Go to Masters.
    • Under Masters, select Taxes
  2. Open the Add Tax Type Form

    • Click on the + Add Tax Type button to open the form to fill the tax type details.

1. Fill in Tax Type Details

Taxes

  • Tax Name: Enter a name for the Tax (required field).
  • Percentage: Enter a percentage for the Tax (required field).
  • Disable: Check this box if you want to disable the Tax.

2. Save the Tax Type

  • After entering all details, click on the Save button to finalize the Tax Type entry.

This completes the process of adding a new tax type. Make sure all mandatory fields are filled and correct before saving the information.
