View All Bookings
This guide walks you through the steps to view all bookings in the Spothire dashboard. Follow these steps to ensure that all necessary information is correctly entered.
Steps to View All Bookings
- Navigate to the Bookings Dashboard
- Log in to the Spothire dashboard.
- Go to Operation.
- Under Operation, select Bookings
- This opens the page with the All tab selected at the top, displaying all bookings.
Steps to Select or Add a New Booking
- Add a New Booking
- Click on the + Add Booking button.
- Follow the steps at Add a New Booking
Steps to View Bookings by Status
1. View Booked Bookings

- Navigate to Booked Bookings: Select Booked from the top of the Bookings page.
- Now only the bookings with the Booked status will be shown on the page.
- Click on the three vertical dots on each individual booking to view the available actions specific to Booked bookings.
2. View On-going Bookings

- Navigate to On-going Bookings: Select On-going from the top of the Bookings page.
- Now only the bookings with the Booked status will be shown on the page.
- Click on the three vertical dots on each individual booking to view the available actions specific to On-going bookings.
3. View Completed Bookings

- Navigate to Completed Bookings: Select Completed from the top of the Bookings page.
- Now only the bookings with the Completed status will be shown on the page.
- Click on the three vertical dots on each individual booking to view the available actions specific to Completed bookings.
4. View Billed Bookings

- Navigate to Billed Bookings: Select Billed from the top of the Bookings page.
- Now only the bookings with the Billed status will be shown on the page.
- Click on the three vertical dots on each individual booking to view the available actions specific to Billed bookings.
5. View Cancelled Bookings

- Navigate to Cancelled Bookings: Select Cancelled from the top of the Bookings page.
- Now only the bookings with the Cancelled status will be shown on the page.
- Click on the three vertical dots on each individual booking to view the available actions specific to Cancelled bookings.
This completes the process of viewing and performing actions on bookings by their statuses.
